Sundowners’ at Erna and Andre’s home 29th March.

Wednesday dawned with bad weather looming, all day there was anxious looking at the sky and fingers crossed.
At sunset people from all over the island descended on cape Yamu at a stunning house and very reasonable views (given the weather)
Apparently at about 5pm Erna went outside and said to the rain Gods: “I have made all this food, I have shifted chairs inside and out all day, can you just lay off for a few hours?”
And they did just that. A wonderful evening was had by 30-plus people and Erna and Andre proved excellent hosts … thank you.
